woah... that's some impressive cosplay skills! ;W; again an unloved golden sun character portraited with alot of accuracy and proud! ^^ I really like how you did the armor and the bobbols ontop of your arm. of what material did you make those? ;w;

and leave it to :iconnegativedreamer: to make you an awesome scythe!

I hope to see you both as saturos and menardi in one picture soon ;w;

Thank you so much! The Armor is mostly leather, save for the chest piece which is a slough of materials. and yes, :iconnegativedreamer: makes amazing props! You can :eye: for a picture of us both very soon!

while it didn't weigh a ton, it was definitely waaaay heavier than normal attire...I could definitely feel it in my back and shoulders the next day ^_^.

uhuh, there's no doubt about it, but heck... if we would walk around in metal armor as they did in medieval times... that also wouldnt have been light xD

Wow! Just... I can't put to words how amazing this looks! Me and my friend are planning to be Saturos and Menardi at some point, may I ask, what did you make the spikes from? They look incredible!

The spikes were hand molded and cast in latex and hand stitched onto my bodysuit. Good luck with your Menardi and Saturos!
They really don't enough love! Did you see my Saturos done by :iconnegativedreamer:? [link]

If I ever saw someone cosplaying Menardi or Karst I'd be forced to glomp-hug them.

So would Menardi, so you'd be completely in character!

And please do, I hope it's as good as this one.

This is so many levels of amazing. I especially love your armor and the way the dress poofs out, and the scales on your arms! How long time did it take to create this?

oh jeez, it took a while... x_x
The armor and skirt were 2 of the most tedious pieces to make! I designed the skirt ESP to hold it's poof...and since you mentioned it, now I have to go on a tangent! I wanted something that would hold its poof without some kind of hoop skirt and I didn't want to use tulle or anything that would show from under the skirt. You can't see it in this photo, but the skirt is actually all open on the inside and is lined with blue satin, so I really needed it to hold itself up. I decided on box pleats! The box pleat also gave the look of a white triangle shape in between the brown triangle appliques, which seemed more appropriate for real-life than just white triangle appliques. ^_^. There's also a single bone in the very bottom of the skirt.
